1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PrepJolt, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the platform immediately.

2. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
  • Authentication codes will be sent from PrepJolt@gmail.com.
  • Unauthorized account access is strictly prohibited.

3. Roles and Responsibilities

  • Students: Use the platform for learning and communication.
  • Teachers: Manage classes, assignments, attendance, and communication.
  • Parents/Guardians: Monitor student progress and communicate with teachers.

4. Acceptable Use

  • No harassment, bullying, or abusive behavior.
  • No posting or sharing inappropriate or harmful content.
  • No attempts to bypass security or disrupt platform operations.
  • No sharing of sensitive student information outside the platform.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. PrepJolt does not store credit card numbers or sensitive payment details. By purchasing any subscription or paid service, you authorize Stripe to charge your selected payment method.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, software, and platform features are the exclusive property of PrepJolt. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without written permission.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, pose security risks, or engage in harmful behavior. Termination may result in loss of access to dashboards, messaging, assignments, and other platform features.

8. Limitation of Liability

PrepJolt is provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, PrepJolt is not liable for:

  • Service interruptions or downtime.
  • Data loss or unauthorized access caused by third parties.
  • Actions taken by teachers, parents, or students within the platform.
  • Damages arising from misuse of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in features, policies, or legal requirements. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
